Amenities Condo
Unit A-2 is located on the ground floor providing convenient access
to the beach, tennis courts, pool, activity center, hot tubs, gas
grilles, and tiki huts. This is a two-bedroom condo unit with the
capacity of sleeping 6. Total square footage is 1313 sq. ft. Other
amenities include microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher,
utensils for 10, refrigerator, conventional oven, mixer, board games,
three (4) cable TV’s, 2 DVD Players, 1 VCR, washer/dryer,
screened porch with Gulf View, and ceiling fans in four (4) rooms.
Unit A-2 was completely refurbished in January 2003 and is decorated
in Floridian colors. Condo Association rules do not allow pets.
For your convenience our rental agency will handle check-in, security
deposits, rental fee collection, accepting major credit cards, and
any special needs you may have. On-site Pointe Santo Staff on site
handles maintenance. Daily maid service is available at additional
cost. |
